Location

The Cottage Hill Development is taking place on Strafer Street, right across the street from the proposed Columbia Square Project.  It will eventually include turning Strafer into a Cul-De-Sac, allowing access only from Handman Ave to the north. This is being done to alleviate traffic on Columbia Parkway.
